What is time and a half?
Overtime paid at 1.5 times your normal rate. At 20 an hour that is 30 an hour for each overtime hour.
When does overtime start?
It depends on your country, state and contract. Many places use 40 hours a week, some use 44 or 48, and some count daily hours. Check your own rules.
Does this include tax?
