Answer any interview question from your own story.
Enter the question, the job, and a rough version of what really happened. You get a clean answer in the order interviewers like, in plain spoken English, using only your facts.
How it works
- Type the question you expect, or the one you got stuck on.
- Write what really happened, as roughly as you like.
- Choose a story answer (Situation, Task, Action, Result) or a short direct one.
- Say it out loud in your own words. Do not memorise it.
Questions people ask
Will it make up a story for me?
No. It only organises what you tell it. If you give it nothing real, it cannot write a good answer, so start with something that actually happened.
What is the STAR method?
Situation, Task, Action, Result: set the scene briefly, say what you had to do, what you did, and what came of it. It keeps a story clear and short.
Can this help me during a real interview?
This tool is for practice. Omar's interview assistant listens to the live question and shows you the answer on your screen only.
